SENTION LLC is a flower boutique and delivery service in Dubai. We have been assembling and delivering author bouquets since 2023, from a single rose to installations of several hundred stems, and we deliver across Dubai around the clock.

How we work

Flowers arrive from Ecuador, Kenya and the Netherlands and are kept in our own cold room, so a bouquet is assembled on the day of delivery, not stored ready-made. Managers take orders daily from 07:00 to 00:00; the website accepts orders 24/7. Before sending we photograph the bouquet and send the photo to the customer for approval.

Guarantees

If the recipient is not satisfied with the quality on delivery, we replace the bouquet at our expense — claims are accepted within 2 hours of delivery with photos. Prices on the site are final and include VAT; delivery cost is shown before payment. Payment is accepted by card with 3-D Secure, in cash on delivery, by bank transfer and in cryptocurrency.
