Do not call the recipient before delivery (surprise delivery)
In this case, we will deliver the bouquet without calling the recipient at the time and place you specified. If the recipient is not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the courier waits 15 minutes and returns the order back to the salon. At this time, our manager will contact you to jointly understand how we can find the recipient. Re-delivery will be charged extra.
Delivery with a preliminary call to the recipient.
In this case, we will call the recipient and clarify whether it is convenient for him to accept the order at the time you specified. We'll also check the address. When you call, we will not tell you about the flowers.
