User data deletion

If you have contacted Sention through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Telegram, or placed an order with us, you can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you.

How to request deletion

1. Write to info@sention.ae from the email address or messenger account you used with us, with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us which account or phone number the request concerns.
3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and delete the data within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, accounting records of completed orders).

After deletion we send a confirmation to the address the request came from. You can also disconnect Sention from your Instagram or Facebook account at any time in the settings of those services; when a connection is removed, the data received through it is deleted on request in the same way.
