We accept orders 24 hours.
We delivery daily from 10:00 to 22:00

and from 10:00 to 22:00 on weekends.

If the delivery is day-to-day, then the bouquet will be delivered in 3-4 hours from the moment of approval.

Before delivery

We process your orders through the website, by phone and in instant messengers. and also by e-mail sentioncorp@gmail.com.

Upon receipt of the order, we will check the availability of flowers and confirm the delivery with you.
If some components of the bouquet are not available or they are of inadequate quality, we will offer you options for replacing them with analogues.

Also, be prepared for the fact that flowers are a living organism, so bouquets do not repeat the picture 100%. But all the bouquets you see on our website are made by Flectis Flowers.

When ordering after 18.30, the earliest delivery is the next one after 11.00.

Each of our bouquets is unique and assembled according to your wishes. Please note that our bouquets contain seasonal flowers, so the composition of the bouquet depends on the availability of these flowers at a certain time of the year.
If any of the flowers are missing, we will offer an alternative of equal or higher value in order to maintain the style and color scheme of the bouquet. We pack each bouquet in beautiful paper, add elegant ribbons and attach a card in which we can write your wishes.
Our main advantage is a special approach to the client. If you have special requests, we will gladly listen to them.

Flower care rules

To keep flowers fresh longer, we have a few tips:

Before putting the bouquet in a vase, remove the lower leaves from the stems and freshen the cuts of the plants.
Change the water daily, wash the vase and trim the stems. You can add special flower preservatives to keep your flowers fresh.
A vase with a bouquet should be away from direct sunlight, air conditioning, heating appliances.
Place the flowers in a vase away from drafts and direct sunlight.

If the composition is in a hatbox or basket:

Once every two days, you need to add water directly to the composition between the flowers.
Inside the box or basket is an oasis, a special floral sponge soaked in water
